GENERAL INFORMATION: SEVEN TEES GOLF AND BAR IS PART OF CUDA GMBH
with its registered office at Römerstr. 1, 82049 Pullach, Managing Directors authorized to represent the company individually: Alex Ben Chaouch and Nikolaus Pauli.
I. OFFER AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION
The contract (Seven Tees Membership, Single Booking) is concluded by the customer signing the contract at the sports facility Taunusstraße 23, 80807 Munich, between CUDA GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the provider).
II. RATES
SINGLE GAME | PRICE: See price list, 2 tariff zones, depending on the number of players.
SCOPE OF SERVICES: Entitles the customer to book and play at a simulator for at least 55 minutes, depending on the number of people and time of day. If more people show up for a game than specified in the booking, the difference between the booked and applicable rate must be paid on-site for the additional persons. If no additional payment is made, the excess players will be denied access to the simulator.
III. BOOKING
The booking of the golf simulator can be made up to 14 days in advance for single games. For members, booking the golf simulator is possible up to seven days in advance. Booking is only possible within the capacity limits of the facility. No guarantee is given for the availability of the desired booking date. This also applies to the availability of the daily play quota included in the Seven Tees Membership. If a customer arrives more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the provider reserves the right to rent the simulator to someone else.
IV. CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW
A booking can be canceled by either party free of charge up to 48 hours before the booking starts. If a booked appointment is canceled by the customer with less than 48 hours’ notice before the start of the booked appointment, the customer must pay a compensation fee of 100% of the booking price. If the cancellation is made by the provider, the customer will be informed of the cancellation by email. The customer has no claim to damages. The paid single price will be fully refunded by the provider. If the booking is a free booking under the “Seven Tees Membership” tariff, the customer must pay a flat fee of €30.00 in case of a no-show or late cancellation. The customer is expressly permitted to prove that the provider has incurred no damage or a significantly lower damage.
V. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Our prices include the statutory VAT of currently 19%. The prices can be viewed on the website www.seventees.de or in the provider’s premises. Our membership prices are monthly prices and can be found in the price list. If the contract is concluded during the calendar month, the membership fee to be paid by the customer until the next first of the month is 1/30 per full calendar day on which the contract exists in the first month. The respective membership fee is due in advance on the first business day of the respective month. The membership fee for a contract concluded during a month is due upon conclusion of the contract. All prices for single bookings or multi-player cards are due upon booking. If a customer exceeds the time slot they have booked, they must pay for the next started time slot in full. Up to 2 hours, billing is done per 60 minutes. After that, billing is done per 30 minutes.
VI. CONTRACT DURATION/TERMINATION
The minimum contract duration is one month. The notice period is four weeks to the end of the month. If the contract is concluded during a calendar month, it can be terminated at the earliest at the end of the following month, observing the agreed notice period. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.
VII. FACILITY CLOSURES
The provider is entitled to close the facility entirely or partially for events on individual days. During the summer months from June to September inclusive, the provider is entitled to close the facility. A closure may last a maximum of 2 months at a time. During this closure in the summer months, the membership fees for the Seven Tees Membership do not have to be paid. The Seven Tees Membership contracts remain unchanged during the closure and “rest.” The contracting parties are mutually released from their respective obligations to perform. Customers will be informed of an impending closure at least seven days in advance on the provider’s website.
VIII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

IX. APPLICABLE LAW/JURISDICTION
For contracts with the provider, only German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
